  • Doula services are non-medical in nature and are intended to provide physical, emotional, and informational support. Doulas do not perform clinical tasks, make medical decisions, or replace the care of licensed medical professionals.

  • You are responsible for consulting your physician, dermatologist, midwife, or other licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, concerns, or treatments.

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from the use of our products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nia & Co disclaims any liability for damages, injury, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products, services, or information.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy
We value our customers and clients, and your satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policies differ for Skincare Products and Doula Services due to the unique nature of each offering. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Skincare Products

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we can only accept unopened and unused items for return.

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email/contact info] with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially used products.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted “final sale” products.

  • Products not purchased directly from our official store or website.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.


2. Doula Services
Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of [insert percentage, e.g., 25%] is required at the time of booking to secure your due date.

  • The remaining balance is due by [insert time frame, e.g., 37 weeks of pregnancy].


Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you cancel services more than 30 days before your due date, you may receive a partial refund (minus the deposit).

  • Cancellations within 30 days of your due date are non-refundable, as your doula reserves time exclusively for you.

  • In the rare case your doula becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency, we will provide a qualified backup doula or a full refund if a replacement cannot be arranged.


Early or Missed Births

  • If your doula is notified too late to attend the birth (less than [insert timeframe, e.g., 2 hours’ notice]), or if the birth progresses too quickly for arrival, the doula will still provide postpartum support or equivalent hours of care. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
